Work/interests/hobbies/travel:

Retired - after 31 years working for State of Ohio - Department of Natural Resources

Travel includes Beaumont Texas, Las Vegas Nevada, San Bernadino, California, Indianapolis, Indiana

Volunteer as a youth bowling coordinator and have done it since 1983 and love every minute I spend in a bowling center.

Something unique you have done:

Drag raced my first car ( 1969 nomad station wagon) on Pacemakers drag strip in Mt Vernon, Ohio in the Powder Puff race and won my class and then went on to race in the king of the hill race ( both men and women racers) beating some heavy hitters that race every weekend. The old 60 ( nicknamed Kermit) loves to race just like when it raced on 8th street in Rapid City. Kermit is in the garage for many years since our son started driving 1/4 midgets and our time and efforts were dedicated to his racing which our son now works with young 1/4 midget drivers just like himself back so many years ago.

Which sports teams do you follow?

Ohio State Buckeyes (one of the many of Buckeye Nation ).

School Story

Many Hunger hikes to Mt Rushmore - one walking with my father( Robert Billheimer)
Making it the whole way in a little less than 8 hours ( as we stopped at Sheridan Lake where one of best friend ( Kathy Rossknecht ) family had trailers and we ate lunch.
